New Debit Card PIN Selection:
Please follow the steps outline below to select and activate your PIN once you receive your new debit card.
- Call the interactive voice response (IVR) number at 800-717-4923 (make sure you're calling from the phone number that the bank has on file for you).
- Follow the voice prompts to enter the required information using your telephone keypad.
- Once you have confirmed your selected PIN, the IVR will provide a confirmation number and you will need to use your new PIN going forward.
Please remember to never write down or disclose your PIN to anyone, including law enforcement, your financial institution or family.
Reporting a Card Lost or Stolen:
If you need to report a lost or stolen card, contact your Iowa State Bank office during regular business hours. For after-hours assistance, please call (800) 383-8000.
For Mobile Wallet after-hours assistance, please call (866) 205-9449.
We secure your card with Falcon Fraud Protection
The Risk Assessment, Detection and Response service from SHAZAM Falcon Fraud Protection software adds a valuable layer of protection to your account. It monitors transactions made with your debit card and declines the transaction if it appears fraudulent.
Here's how it works:
- Your transaction may be declined if SHAZAM sees something out of place about your transaction (amount, location, vendor, etc.).
- You will receive a call or text from a SHAZAM Fraud Specialist to verify the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: To better align with industry standards for text alerts, starting February 7, 2020, cardholders will get text messages from a new short code instead of a phone number: That new short code is: 742926. - If you verify it was legitimate, the transaction details will be added to your profile so similar future purchases have a better chance of being approved.
- If you verify it as a false transaction, it will not be processed.
